Video: Aston Martin One-77 on the Nurburgring
Here's a video of perhaps the best sounding V12 engine ever made. It's the most glamorous, exotic and one of the most beautiful modern supercars around. It is the Aston Martin One-77 and for the first time, we've been able to post a video of the car being driven on the Nurburgring.
Seen here going through some final testing, the video was originally put up by auto motor und sport and has since been modified for YouTube.
Listen to the glorious sound of the 7.3-litre, 560kW, V12 - the most powerful Aston Martin production car engine, and the world's most powerful naturally aspirated production car engine - as the test driver gets a bit exuberant with the go-pedal in the wet conditions. And yes, those rear tyres are 335mm wide.
It truly is one of those special cars that all fans would love to own. Pity they are only making 77 of them, of which 55 have been accounted for as of yesterday. Deliveries are said to begin in early 2011.
