Video: 2021 Hyundai i20 N shown on track

Hyundai's latest fun-sized hot hatch takes to the track in a new video released by the brand.

The 2021 Hyundai i20 N has been put through its paces on track, as captured in a new video put out by the Korean car company.

Designed to fight against the Volkswagen Polo GTI and Ford Fiesta ST, the i20 N comes with a 1.6-litre turbocharged four-cylinder producing 150kW and 275Nm. Drive is through the front wheels via a six-speed manual and limited-slip differential.

Earlier this month, CarAdvice was invited to test a prototype of the i20 N on track.

While exact release dates have not been announced, the 2021 Hyundai i20 N is expected to land in Australia in early 2021.

It's been a busy few weeks for Hyundai, with the latest i30 Sedan and hatch recently announced locally, and the i20 N finally revealed.
