2021 Nissan Navara caught undisguised in latest images

The 2021 Nissan Navara has yet again been leaked without camouflage, this time revealing higher model grades for the upcoming ute.

These are the first images of the Nissan ute that display its quad-LED headlights, which feature the brand's signature boomerang daytime-running lights.

Just last week, images of what appeared to be an entry-level Nissan Navara surfaced, fitted with standard halogen headlights.

It's expected Nissan will be launching the new Navara in a matter of weeks, with some of these leaked photos looking to have come from the company's own marketing material.

The leaked images show an overseas variant of the Navara, badged as the Frontier in other markets.

A brand-new Frontier is expected to be released in the US in the near future, but this model will be sold separately as an entirely different pick-up for that market.

The new 2021 Navara will be a heavily-facelifted, mid-life update of the current vehicle on sale. While no details on the powertrain are known at this stage, it's expected the model will retain the 2.3-litre turbo diesel, with the Warrior thought to be getting the more potent twin-turbo version of the engine.

The official launch of the 2021 Nissan Navara is anticipated in the coming weeks.
