‘Brand-new’ Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R hopes to set new record price
With just 362km on the clock, and a heavy asking price, it's as close to new as you'll get.
Japanese used vehicle specialist JDM Expo has listed a Nissan R34 Skyline GT-R for sale with just 362km on the odometer.
It says the Nissan is in "brand-new condition" and claims the mileage is has been verified.
What further adds to allure of this particular R34 Skyline GT-R is both its model and colour.
The car is a V-Spec II Nür edition, which was one of two special versions created to signify the end of R34 Skyline GT-R production.
It is also finished in 'Millennium Jade', a colour that remained exclusive to both the V-Spec II Nür, and the other end of life special edition, the M-Spec Nür.
The asking price is US$485,000, or AU$675,000 – before shipping and taxes.
If the sale transacts close to the asking price, this particular example will become the most expensive R34 Skyline GT-R ever sold.
The current record lies with an M-Spec II Nür, which sold at auction only days ago for AU$430,000.
Only 718 V-Spec II Nür editions were ever built, out of a total R34 Skyline GT-R production run of 11,578.
Of that 718, only 156 were finished in 'Millennium Jade'.
