The Renault Sport Megane Cup 250 was on show at the Australian International Motor Show in Sydney last week, showcasing a 184kW, 2.0-litre turbocharged engine. French police say this car will help them catch offenders more easily and more effectively.
The car is already capable of sprinting from 0-100km/h in just 6.0 seconds and has a top speed of 250km/h, but French police authorities have ordered the car to come with specially-tuned suspension and limited-slip differential.
The car is available in Australia right now for a recommended price of $41,990, excluding on-road costs. Click this for more details of the car.
