Nissan Z Proto: What the photochoppers and memesters think

It's been mere hours since the global unveiling of the new Nissan Z car, but the web's photo doctoring elite have been working feverishly to imagine new looks

This week's big unveiling of the Nissan Z Proto concept – more a pre-production prototype than an actual concept – has been a hit with fans, if the CarAdvice comments section is anything to go by.

With 240Z inspiration and a little Z32 300ZX thrown into the mix, design boss Alfonso Albaisa's team appears to have pulled it off. Much remains to be known about the latest Z car, and the price is perhaps the one detail that has fans biting their nails.

Beyond that, onlookers have been keen to see how the Z would look in other colours, in top-shelf form and, although few have asked for it, Roadster form.
