2021 Maserati MC20 revealed in leaked images
Official marketing photos of the new 2021 Maserati MC20 have surfaced online, ahead of the supercar's unveiling – scheduled to occur in the coming hours.
Up to now, the MC20 has only been shown in a series of 'official spy photos', revealing the sleek new coupe in a range of revealing angles and blurred motion shots.
The company has so far revealed little about the MC20's mechanical package and capabilities, although it has detailed this much: a new Maserati-developed and built twin-turbocharged V6 engine will send more than 447kW to the rear wheels through an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
Coupe and convertible bodies are expected, though so far only the coupe has been shown.
These new images, posted to Car Design Media on Instagram, reveal a design that is both iconic Maserati and by-the-numbers understated supercar styling – and more than a little classic MC12.
