Around the tracks: Best car backgrounds for Zoom, a Supra sound-off, a forgotten F40 and a Lamborghillusion

What's the difference between a four- and six-cylinder Supra's exhaust note?

A fair bit, it would seem, according to a new video from an under-the-radar YouTube channel showcasing an 'exhaust battle' between Toyota's 2021 2.0-litre four-cylinder A90 Supra and 2020 3.0-litre six-cylinder Supra.

When it was announced in 2020 that Toyota would be offering a four-pot version of its beloved sports car for the first time, many shouted 'sacrilege!'.

So, YouTuber Albon decided to conduct a simple yet clever analysis that perfectly showcases the sound differences between the pair. Snap, crackle, pop and then some.

Uday Hussein, the eldest son of former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, had a reputation for cruel and criminal behaviour throughout his father's reign.

Before his death at the age of 39 in 2003, Uday was alleged to have tortured Iraqi athletes when they didn't perform to his liking, raped and abused women including his two wives and even beat his father's bodyguard to death in front of horrified partygoers in 1988.

Of course, due to his wealth and power during the Hussein regime, Uday also amassed a collection of expensive and rare sports cars, a Ferrari F40 among them.

While Uday reportedly burned most of his car collection in an inferno when US forces took control of Baghdad, the F40 is believed to have survived – although the most recent photos of it suggest it's sitting somewhere in the Iraqi desert in a state of severe disrepair.

Scott Chivers of YouTube channel Ratarossa is known for restoring classic cars and he posed his viewers a challenge: locate Uday's F40 so Chivers can rescue it and repair it to its original condition.

The video has been flooded with comments sharing information on the F40's location – some of them fantastical musings, while others appear to be grounded in fact.

Take a look at this Instagram snap of a Lamborghini Huracan, captured by auto photographer Kunal Kelkar.

Cool, right? But while the photo looks to be a full-sized Huracan on a race track in the rain, it's actually anything but.

Rather, Kelkar was forced to get inventive amid COVID-19 lockdowns in his home country of India. To create the above shot, he used a model Huracan, placed it on a treadmill and created "rain" by spraying it with water from a water bottle.
