The 10 most Instagrammed supercars in the world
One model rules them all in the social media stakes.
It could be argued that supercars exist primarily to do two things – go fast and get noticed.
To the second point, the UK arm of price comparison site comparethemarket.com has conducted an analysis of just how head-turning certain supercars really are, from Bugatti's Veyron to Koenigsegg's Agera.
The insurance experts turned to Instagram, where they looked at the top hashtags associated with various high-performance cars to see which models were mentioned most frequently.
The study tallied the number of mentions under the two most popular hashtags pertaining to each model in order to gauge overall popularity.
As a result, they were able to rank the top 30 most-mentioned supercars in the world, as of April 2020.
