Ram design bosses asked you to sketch a wild ute – here are the winners

UPDATE: The winners of this contest have been announced, and you can see them below.

Some of them are annoyingly impressive... so, perhaps we should watch for their names to show up in the industry again.

I particularly like Morten Rabiee's entry, the fourth slide in Gilles' post.

ORIGINAL STORY, April 9:

This one's just come in over the emails: Fiat Chrysler design boss Ralph Gilles and Ram Trucks design head Mark Trostle have put out a call for artists to sketch their "wickedest and most outrageous" designs.

Posted on Facebook overnight, the contest is open until 7:00am Friday, if I've got my conversions right… (April 9, 5pm Eastern time in America).

Importantly, it's open to entrants from all parts of the globe. There's no prize up for grabs, alas, but you'll feature on the FCA and Ram Trucks Instagram pages, and that's something.

Submit your sketch in the comment section of the FCA North America Facebook Sketch Battle post and use #DriveforDesign.

Entrants MUST place FCADriveforDesign.com (the contest site) somewhere on your sketch page.

And may I say: it would be hilarious and brilliant if an Aussie won. Get to it!
