UPDATE: Renault Australia confirms the deal described here is available on all Koleos SUVs sold in April, with no stock limitations in place.

Renault Australia has announced it will offer a seven-year warranty, with unlimited kilometres, across its Koleos SUV range for all examples sold in April.

This is the second time the brand has offered an extended warranty, following last year when Renault sold model-year 2017, 2018 and 2019 Koleos SUVs with the longer coverage.

The 2020 entry-level 'Life' variant starts from $31,990 drive-away. Zen and Intens 4x2 variants start at a drive-away price of $35,990 and $42,990 respectively, while the range-topping Intens 4x4 can be on-road for $45,490.

The Koleos is currently the only model to receive the longer warranty from Renault, which also offers the seven-year warranty for all commercial use, but caps mileage at 200,000km.

The 2020 Koleos also comes with five years' capped-price servicing up to 150,000km, and service intervals of 30,000km/12 months.

This ranks the Koleos among the cars with the longest warranty terms on offer in Australia.

Currently Kia and Mitsubishi are the only Top 10 brands to offer a seven-year warranty across all or most of their ranges.

Hyundai also offered the seven-year term as a special offer in late 2019 – however the benefit was only for a limited time and on limited models.
