2020 Nissan Navara dual-cab pricing and specs

Latest update ushers in light style changes, improvements and a slight price rise across most variants.

Nissan has introduced some slight changes and improvements to its Navara dual-cab range in 2020, along with a small increase in prices.

Currently, single-cab and king-cab variants in the Navara range remain unchanged.

The Navara ST now gets a ‘black styling package’, swapping out chrome on the sports bar, fog light surrounds and mirror caps.

Wheels also change from 16-inch to 18-inch, and an increase in tyre diameter means there is more off-road clearance to boot.

Across the range, there are improvements to noise suppression: an acoustic windscreen is fitted, along with sound deadening around the firewall and transmission tunnel. This is topped off by a new engine cover, designed to also reduce noise.

These updates come after the Navara recently received an infotainment upgrade, with the addition of the all-new Alliance In-Vehicle Infotainment (AIVI) system.

The new system is 8-inches in size on higher specifications, and includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone mirroring.

The Navara's driveline remains unchanged: a 2.3-litre four-cylinder turbo diesel, which makes 120kW and 403Nm in lower specifications. More popular higher specifications get two turbochargers, with the resulting engine making 140kW and 450Nm.

These 2020 updates bring a varying increase in prices, with most variants going up by less than $1000. For example, a Navara SL with the automatic transmission has gone up by $800 to $47,900 (plus on-road costs). An automatic ST-X goes up from $55,250 to $56,100, an $850 jump.

ST specification gets the biggest price bump, going up by $1300 to $51,250 (for the auto).

The Navara N-Trek (auto, again) goes up from $58,950 to $59,300, a more modest increase of $350. And at the top of the range, Nissan’s locally fettled Navara N-Trek Warrior goes up by $500, from $65,490 to $65,990.
