2015-2018 Skoda Superb recalled

Possible failure of warning systems will see 395 vehicles recalled.

Skoda Australia has issued a recall of 395 of its model-year 2015-2018 Superb liftback sedan and wagon models affected by a faulty warning signal.

The recall pertains to front turn signals that may fail, and the vehicle's systems may not detect the failure. In that event, no warning lights or sounds would be activated.

Lodged with the ACCC, Skoda's recall notes if the warning systems fail there may be an increased chance of an accident and risk of injury to vehicle occupants and other road users.

Skoda Australia is reaching out to owners of affected vehicles for inspection and replacement of the faulty unit.

A full list of vehicle identification numbers of the 395 cars included in the recall can be found here.

If you believe your vehicle might be affected, contact the Skoda Recall Campaign Hotline on 1800 290 749. The number is available Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 8pm AEST.
