Ferrari Drivers Alonso and Massa get an Abarth 695 Tributo Ferrari

Winning a Formula One round at Monza is good for business when you drive for Ferrari. Just ask Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa, who have been presented with the true definition of the ‘pocket rocket’ in a couple of Abarth 695 Tributo Ferrari cars in appreciation for the team’s success.

With more style than Italian supermodel Biaca Balti, the Abarth 695 is as good as it gets when it comes to pizzaz in the micro car segment.

Powered by a 1.4-litre Turbo T-Jet 16v engine, which develops 132 kW (180 bhp) and 250 Nm at 3000 rpm, the little Fiat isn’t slow.

Top speed is 223km/h (139 mph) and drill the right pedal and you’ll see 0-100km/h in 7 seconds flat.

And just like the Ferrari F1 car, shifting cogs is via a five-speed Abarth competition gearbox, with paddles on the steering wheel.

It’s green too, with just 155g/km and combined fuel consumption down to 5.4L/100km.

The Abarth 695 Tributo Ferrari may not be the fastest thing on four wheels, but you’ve got to admit it does have presence.

Finished in Scuderia Red with grey racing decals and various carbon fibre accents such as the side mirror covers and gear selector, it does the business and perfect wheels for any crowded city.

The car went on sale in July in Europe and has already received over 600 orders with many of those going to the UK, France and Germany.
