2020 Lotus Evora GT 410, GT 410 Sport pricing and specs

The British sports car line-up gets an update for 2020, including the introduction of a more comfortable option.

Lotus Cars Australia has announced its 2020 Lotus Evora GT 410 Sport and newly-introduced GT 410 for Australia.

The GT 410 joins the Sport as a more civil, Grand Touring-focused offering from the British marque.

Both variants are driven by a mid-mounted 3.5-litre supercharged V6 engine that produces a hearty 306kW at 7000rm and 410Nm at 3500rpm.

A six-speed manual transmission and six-speed automatic with paddle-shift option are available, the latter adding $4000 to the price tag. Manual models will see use of a Torsen-style limited-slip differential.

In manual guises, the Evora weighs in at 1395kg for the GT 410 and 1361kg for the GT 410 Sport. The auto adds 7kg, however both variants post the same claimed 0-100km/h time of 4.2 seconds.

Top speed is limited to 280km/h for the automatic versus the manual’s claimed 300km/h.

Fuel consumption is claimed at 10.6L/100km for manual transmission-equipped cars and 11L/100km for autos.

Both models will ride on forged alloy wheels measuring 19-inches up front and 20-inches at the rear. The Sport will wear soft Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 rubber while the GT 410 will see quieter Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres.

The GT 410 also rides on a more “touring” style suspension, which Lotus claims will increase comfort as a commuter vehicle.

Braking will be taken care of by AP Racing calipers clamping two-piece cross-drilled brake discs measuring 370mm up front and 350mm in the rear.

Both Evora GT 410 variants are constructed in extruded and bonded aluminium with seating configurations available in a 2+0 (only a front row) or 2+2, which adds two rear passenger seats. The 2+2 option can be had at no additional cost.

Standard colours are available in Solid Yellow or Solid Red, however a range of metallic, pearl and bespoke options are available through the Lotus Exclusive program.

Inside, the GT 410 focuses on comfort – featuring heated Sparco seats and a charcoal cloth and ebony black leather trim combination in the interior – the Sport is trimmed in lightweight Alcantara.

Both variants come standard with a 7.0-inch touchscreen, satellite navigation, reversing camera, Bluetooth, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

Air conditioning, rear parking sensors, powered and heated side mirrors and cruise control also come standard on the 2020 Evora GT 410 models.

Standalone options also include a carbon fibre roof, front access panel, tailgate and rear diffuser, titanium exhaust and lightweight lithium-ion battery (to replace the standard lead-acid).

The 2020 Evora GT 410 models are available now through Lotus Australia's dealer network.
