Details about the updated Alfa Romeo Giulia sedan and Stelvio crossover have been revealed in a leaked summary sheet from the North American distributor.
The sheet, which was originally published on the Autopieri forums, details changes for the upcoming model year in the US. As such we'll concentrate on the listed updates which will likely appear on Australia-bound models.
In the US, at least, the 8.8-inch screen will be used in all models and completely replaces the 6.5-inch dial-operated display in the current car.
According to the sheet, the cabin also features a new steering wheel, centre console, transmission shifter, and switchgear.
Laminated glass and other various enhancements "beneath the skin" have been implemented to reduce noise vibration and harshness.
The updated cars will also be available with Level 2 autonomous driving capability with an "autonomous cruise [system] comparable to Tesla".
There will also be two new paint options (Anodised Blue and Lunare White), and both the Stelvio and Giulia will have more visual differentiation between low- and high-spec models. On the Stelvio this should result in the use of more body-colour components.
