2016-18 Ferrari GTC4 Lusso, GTC4 Lusso T recalled

According to the company, the layout of a cable in the driver and passenger doors creates tension on the door lock, and could make the cable retainer break, preventing the doors from opening on the external handles.

In an emergency, occupants may not be able to get out of the car, posing a hazard and increasing their risk of injury.

A total of 54 cars are included in the campaign – a VIN list is attached here.

Owners of the affected cars will be contacted and advised to organise a free fix. The original recall notice is attached here.
