10 April 2018: Chevrolet Camaro facelift revealed

The sixth-generation Chevrolet Camaro coupe and convertible range has been given an extensive update, including significant revisions to its looks.

The biggest changes have taken place at the front, with all Camaro models featuring wider headlamp units with lengthened daytime running light elements.



9 April 2017: Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk revealed

Under the bonnet is a 6.2-litre supercharged V8, developing 527kW of power and 874Nm of torque. Drive is sent to an on-demand all-wheel drive system via an eight-speed automatic transmission, which have both been upgraded over regular Grand Cherokee models to deal with the huge outputs of the Hellcat engine.



8 April 2014: Peugeot Exalt concept revealed

Though described merely as a concept at this stage, the Exalt gives an insight into Peugeot’s vision for a sporty mid-sizer, potentially previewing a reimagined successor to the 407 Coupe to rival the likes of the Volkswagen CC.

Powering the Peugeot Exalt concept is a “Hybrid4” drivetrain, combining a petrol engine and an electric motor for a peak output of 254kW.



10 April 2013: Toyota Camry Hybrid overtakes Prius in local sales

Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) has sold its 50,000th hybrid car in Australia – split between 42,000 Toyotas and 8500 Lexus models – with the Toyota Camry Hybrid now surpassing the original hybrid poster car, the Toyota Prius.



8 April 2010: Ferrari 599 GTO revealed

A strictly limited run of just 599 examples of the Ferrari 599 GTO will be produced and demand is sure to exceed supply having set a lap time of one minute and 24 seconds at the Fiorano test circuit - slightly faster than the Ferrari Enzo and Ferrari 430 Scuderia.

The Ferrari 599 GTO uses a 6.0-litre V12 engine which churns out 500kW at 8250rpm and peak torque of 620Nm at 6500rpm, mated to a F1-style six-speed transmission resulting in a power-to-weight ratio of just 2.23 kg/hp.



10 April 2009: Mazda CX-9 facelift revealed in New York

It might seem a little conceited but Mazda says that when it sat down to come up with a refresh of the design of the CX-9 SUV it was initially stumped for ideas to improve the car.
