2018 Audi A5 recalled
Audi has recalled a handful of vehicles over an issue with the front axle. Get your bolts tightened, folks.
Audi has recalled a small batch of 2018 A5 models, over concerns about incorrectly tightened bolts.
According to the company, individual bolted connections on the front axle might not have been tightened to the correct torque. If the issue is present, the connections could loosen over time and affect wheel control.
A total of five cars are included in the campaign – a VIN list is attached here.
Audi will contact owners of the affected cars and advise them to arrange a free fix, which may include replacement suspension parts in some cases.
Concerned customers can call 1800 502 834 for more details.
