Audi announces 5-year service plans

The new maintenance packages are available across the entire Australian range, including S and RS performance models, covering the first 60 months or 75,000km.

Audi Australia has launched new five-year service packages across its entire range, adding to the current three-year plans.

The company says the new packages offer "considerable customer cost-saving for greater peace-of-mind", with maintenance conducted by factory technicians using genuine parts only.

Customers paying for their Audi vehicle on finance are also able to take up the new packages, too, payable in regular instalments.

The five-year plan is available for take-up any time from the purchase of a vehicle up to the first service (12 months/15,000km).

Prices vary depending on model, naturally, but the cheapest plan is $1990 over five years for the A1 hatchback, rising to $4090 for the twin-turbo V8-powered S6 and S7. A full price list can be found here.

"We know that many of our owners value the peace-of-mind that comes with a packaged service plan, and so we have worked hard to extend and improve our offering. We're delighted with the added value we can now offer our customers as part of their ownership experience," said Jerome Figuiere, director for after sales at Audi Australia.

"Ensuring the very best ownership experience for our customers is at the heart of the new 5-year Service Plans."

Additionally, the five-year packages are transferable, should the vehicle be sold during the five-year period, while also unlocking extended Audi Roadside Assistance for years four, five and six of ownership.

Audi's three- and five-year service plans are available on all models delivered from March 1.
