Mazda MX-5 30th Anniversary Edition teased
Commemorative special to debut at the Chicago motor show on February 7.
Mazda has previewed the MX-5 Miata 30th Anniversary Edition with a blurry image (above) this week, ahead of its official reveal at the Chicago motor show early next month.
The Japanese roadster turns 30 this year, and Mazda is debuting the limited-run special at the same place the original MX-5 did in 1989.
Not much else has been revealed about the special edition, though it looks like a bright orange or red colour option will be offered going by the teaser image.
It also looks like the 30th Anniversary Edition will be based on the RF version, not the roadster.
Mazda will also use the Chicago motor show to show off its core range in North America, including the all-new Mazda 3 which is due in Australian showrooms mid-year.
