The next generation Nissan GT-R SpecV has been spotted at the Nurburgring boasting a raft of exterior changes.
With only a few patches of tightly-wrapped camouflage remaining, these spy shots leave little to the imagination and reveal the transformation that the flagship model has undergone over its predecessor.
The new Nissan GTR SpecV now features a much larger diffuser in the front bumper flanked on either side by twin-canards together with a revised front lip attachment with integrated brake cooling ducts.
At the rear, the SpecV features a slightly restyled rear diffuser with vents at either corner.
Nissan has a history of building special edition versions of its GTRs, with the previous generation including a V-Spec, V-Spec II, V-Spec II Nür, M-spec, M-spec Nür.
Nissan even bought back 20 low-mileage examples of its Nissan GT-R R34 V-Specs to create a final Z-Tune version in 2002 as production came to an end.
