Mitsubishi Australia has announced the Eclipse Cross Sport Edition, which is on sale now from $30,990 before on-road costs.

Based on the recently-introduced ES model, the Sport Edition gets a black grille treatment, black door mirror covers, along with corner and side skirts featuring red pinstriping.

Carryover features include autonomous emergency braking and a rear-view camera, along with a touchscreen infotainment system featuring Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Buyers can specify the Sport Edition with every colour option available for the Eclipse Cross, while the interior is trimmed in the same fabric as the ES.

The Eclipse Cross Sport Edition is limited to 1000 units nationally, and is now available at Mitsubishi dealers priced from $30,990 plus ORCs.
