New STi Official Teaser #3
In order to avoid the disastrous image leaks that set the wrong first-impression for the new WRX, Subaru has decided to continue a series of official teasers showing the all new STi. Say hello to the third official teaser.
Like the first two, the latest image doesn't tell us much, from current details though, apart from the tuned engine, suspension and brakes, the STi should come with pumped guards, STi alloy wheels and badging. We will know for sure when the car makes its official debut at the Tokyo Motor Show later this month
Unless the images are hiding something big, we are a little bit disappointed with the subtle styling of the STi, like most of you, we were hoping that since the new WRX is no longer the enthusiasts car it once was, at least the STi would continue the dream. Maybe it still will, but it sure doesn't look like it from these images!
In the meantime, Mitsubishi is happy to steal the limelight with the new Evo X, gearing up for the car's Australian debut at next week's Australian International Motor Show in Sydney.
