Bugatti Divo teased days ahead of unveiling – video

Listen to the new hypercar's exhaust note ahead of its August 24 reveal.

Bugatti has teased the Divo once again, ahead of its global reveal this Friday at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.

Posted to the company's Facebook page, the clip shows a winding road with a bellowing engine note as the backing track, which we're assuming is a version of the 8.0-litre quad-turbo W16 used in the Chiron.

We already know that the Bugatti Divo will feature OLED tail-lights with three-dimensional effects, and the French tricolour flag on some of its various carbon-fibre components.

The company has also said the Divo is made for corners, indicating it will have more "agile, nimble handling" and generate more downforce than th Chiron.

Earlier this week Bugatti published another teaser showing the Divo's silhouette concealed under a blue veil, which appears to show a fixed wing at the rear.

We reckon the overall design will be somewhere between the Chiron and the Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo concept that was revealed at the 2015 Frankfurt motor show.

Only 40 examples of the Divo will be built, priced from €5 million ($7.87m).
