Poll: 2019 Mercedes-Benz A-Class sedan is a styling success

Plus, it's a high-grade ute face-off this week.

It might not have been as comprehensive as the hatchback's poll, but it appears Mercedes-Benz is onto a winner with the styling of its new A-Class sedan.

Where a whopping 78 per cent of voters declared the new A-Class hatchback a winner earlier this year, fans of the sedan made up 57 per cent of the 1100 votes in our latest poll.

Set to touch down in Australia during the second quarter of 2019, the A-Class sedan will make its global debut at the Paris motor show in October.

Although it has the same 'predator' face as the hatch up front, the rear end is home to a new look for Mercedes, which has stepped away from the same-same design of its larger sedans.

THIS WEEK'S POLL

We finally know what the Mercedes-Benz X350d will cost. Spoiler alert – it's not going to be cheap. Although it kicks off at $73,270 in Progressive guise, you'll pay $79,415 before on-roads for the range-topping Power. That makes it more expensive than the Ford Ranger Raptor. Which would you have?

UPDATE: Facebook continues to do silly things with its embedded media, as the poll options are no longer appearing above. For now, if you'd like to vote, head to our Facebook post. Otherwise, stay tuned for the results next week.
