Lamborghini Aventador recalled
Italian supercar may experience stalling issue
The Lamborghini Aventador has been recalled this week, over concerns vehicles could stall without warning under "certain driving conditions".
If the condition occurs, Lamborghini says the "servo steering and brake booster functionalities may be compromised", posing a hazard to the driver and other road users.
All versions of the Italian supercar are affected, totalling 124 units in Australia. That means the LP700-4, SV, and newer 'S' are involved, along with special editions like the Pirelli, Anniversario and Miura Homage.
Internationally, the recall extends to the Veneno and Centenario – as the 'One-Shot' specials are based on the Aventador.

Owners of the recalled supercars will be contacted by Automobili Lamborghini SpA, and will be advised to contact their local dealer to arrange an engine software upgrade.
