Maria Sharapova and Mark Webber take the 911 GT2 RS on a speed date – Video

Brand ambassadors take on Weissach test track

What do ex-F1 and World Endurance Racer Mark Webber and tennis star Maria Sharapova have in common? They're both ambassadors for Porsche.

In this new video clip, the pair take the 911 GT2 RS for a spin around the company's test track in Weissach – spoiler alert, Maria shrieks once or twice.

Powered by a 3.8-litre twin-turbo flat six, the 911 GT2 RS claims outputs of 515kW and 750Nm – making it the most powerful 911 ever made.

All that grunt is channelled to the rear wheels via a special seven speed PDK dual-clutch automatic, with 0-100km/h taking just 2.8 seconds, on its way to a top speed of 340km/h.
