Mercedes-Benz C-Class Edition C arrives from $60,900
Limited-edition sedan packs extra value
The limited-edition Mercedes-Benz C-Class Edition C is now available in Australia, priced from $60,900 drive-away.
Based on the C200 sedan, the Edition C adds features like an electric sunroof, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, metallic paint (excludes designo) and 19-inch alloy wheels, despite the standard version being priced from $61,900 before on-road costs.
Those aforementioned equipment upgrades come on top of the already-standard Artico faux-leather upholstery, a 7.0-inch infotainment system with satellite navigation, DAB+ digital radio, electrically-adjustable front seats, keyless start, dual-zone climate control, piano black centre console trim and brushed aluminium interior accents, along with automatic wipers and LED headlights.
Power comes from the C200's familiar 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine, making 135kW of power and 300Nm of torque, sent to the rear wheels via a nine-speed automatic transmission.
The Mercedes-Benz C-Class Edition C is available from 1 April to 31 May, priced at $60,900 drive-away.
