has taken a trip down memory lane, collating some of its most interesting classic cars into a new online archive.

The website, dubbed Citroen Origins, explores some of the significant, cool and downright weird cars from the brand's 99-year history – and fans of French motoring will know there's no shortage of significant, cool and downright weird cars to choose from.

Starting with the 1919 10hp Type A, each of the featured cars is backed by an extensive spec breakdown, a gallery of sounds, interesting facts and a 360-view showcase. There's also information about the origins of Citroen's logo, and its founder backstory.

As you'd expect, some of the brand's modern offerings are under the microscope as well. I struggled to get past the DS and SM, for those playing along at home.

Whether you're a Francophile or not, it's worth taking a look. You might even learn something.
