Renault Master III recalled for steering fix

Less than 30 cars affected

Renault Australia has recalled the Master III over concerns a nut on the steering rack isn't correctly attached.

According to the company, an incorrectly tightened clevis nut on the steering column could lead to a loss of steering, increasing the risk of an accident.

Just 28 vehicles are included in the recall, with affected VIN numbers listed here. Included vehicles were sold between May 12, 2016 and June 26, 2017.

Owners of the affected vehicles will be contacted by mail, and advised to take their car to a dealer for a fix.
