BMW teases 8 Series Gran Coupe
Slinky four-door Bimmer to rival Panamera, Quattroporte
BMW has revealed a teaser for what appears to be a four-door Gran Coupe take on the 8 Series, ahead of a Geneva motor show reveal. (
There are no details about the car, but we can see cutlines for a set of rear doors on the shadowy image. While difficult to see, the are head- and taillights similar to those of the Concept 8 Series, and a heavily sloping roofline.
Although there's been talk about an M8 or regular 8 Series coupe debuting in Geneva, the teaser image doesn't appear to have the aggressive fender vents expected of full-blown M models. The rear lip appears to be suitably M-worthy, though.
