A compact all-wheel drive wagon? Yes please!

Subaru has teased the Viziv Tourer concept, ahead of a Geneva motor show reveal.

It's only a shadowy teaser for now, but there's a good chance the Viziv Tourer will preview a production car.

Subaru has used its 'Vision for Innovation' line of concepts to hint at the production Ascent, while elements of previous iterations have been integrated into the Impreza and Outback.

What do we know? Well, tourer is Subaru speak for wagon and, er, that's about it. Given the Outback has just been facelifted, and Levorg is relatively young, we'd suggest it will be a smaller wagon than currently offered.

If that isn't music to wagon-lovers' ears, we don't know what is. Subaru has a history of brilliant, (semi) compact load-luggers, arguably best epitomised by the universally-loved '4Gen' Liberty wagon sold between 2003 and 2009.

We'll know more when the car is fully unveiled in Geneva next month.

What do you think Subaru is teasing with the Viziv Tourer?
