Starting at $149,500 before on-road costs, the Ram 2500 Code Black gets a black finish on the front grille, front and rear bumpers, badging, and side mirrors. There are also new heavy-duty wheel arch flares.

Filling the arches are 20-inch black alloy wheels wrapped in 275/65 R20 126/123R all-terrain tyres.

Powering the six-seater pickup truck is the familiar 6.7-litre 'Cummins' turbo-diesel engine, developing a healthy 276kW of power and 1084Nm of torque. With all that grunt, the Ram 2500 is capable of towing up to 6942 kilograms.

Like the wider range, the Ram 2500 Code Black is covered by American Special Vehicles' three year, 100,000km warranty.
