2010 Nissan Patrol spy photos

These grainy mobile phone camera images are the first of Nissan's 2010 Patrol being driven in the UAE.

The new Patrol is rumoured to feature Nissan's patented All-Mode AWD system, similar in terms of use to that found in current Land Rover models, which basically requires the driver to select the prevailing road situation through centrally mounted dial.

Inside the Patrol seems to boast a more upmarket feel thanks to leather upholstery, climate control, satellite navigation and rear-seat DVD screens.

It is believed the engine line-up will consist of a 3.0-litre V6 turbo-diesel (195kW / 549Nm), a 4.0-litre V6 currently used in the Navara and Pathfinder, and a 4.8-litre V8.
