We feel this one belongs in the second category. One which sees this humble and iconic 1946 Ford Pickup's flathead V8 restored to better than new condition.

This series of Ford pickup trucks had a face and all-new styling that was very recognisable for its day and even now.

From the protruding flat-faced panel at the front to the integrated headlights and painted vertical bars on the grille, the pickup was available in both six-cylinder and V8 configurations.

When the folks at Hagerty found a 1946 Ford Pickup at a swap meet, they decided it was worth the effort and time to do a complete engine rebuild.
