Iconic Aussie ute immortalised as wooden toy:: Your chance to win!

The quintessential Australian leisure machine, the humble ute, has been reimagined as a wooden play set, just in time for Christmas.

Developed by Australian homewares company, Make Me Iconic, the bright orange ute bares a strong resemblance to an HQ Holden (or an HJ/HX/HZ) which gives it a bit of a nostalgic feel.

Made entirely out of wood, the set includes the ute itself, three people (bench seats are the best!), a kelpie, tonneau cover, tool box, esky and surf board. All the essentials really.

We think the people look like Mike Stevens, Paul Maric and CarAdvice Marketing Director, Scott Davison!

The ute is the third iconic Australian wooden toy from the company, who also offer a W-Class Melbourne Tram and First-Fleet Class Sydney Ferry.

We have a couple of ute playsets to give away.

Let us know in the comments below what you think would make the best 'iconic' Australian vehicle to next be made into a wooden playset.

Best answers (as judged by us) score a ute for Christmas.
