The latest VFACTS figures have been released and, though the sales rush slowed a little in October – down one per cent on last year – it’s still up 2.4 per cent year-to-date.

Tesla has announced that new owners of vehicles ordered after January 1, 2017 will have to pay to access its supercharger network.

There reportedly won’t be a new Dodge Charger or Dodge Challenger until 2020, and the Chrysler 300 has been axed – according to details leaked from a labour agreement between FCA and Unifor.

Two new cars have joined the NSW police force: a BMW i8 has been received by the Rose Bay Local Area Command, while Lake Illawarra LAC now has an Audi S7 Sportback.

And MotorWorld Sydney is on from December 1-4 with a jam packed program including the CarAdvice Mega Test Fest and driver challenges like caravan parking, slalom, Jaguar Land Rover off-road and ice driving, as well as the Smart Cone challenge.
