The program may not have been enough to keep the Opel brand above water in Australia, but Holden says its new overnight test drives are just the latest step in a campaign it is now calling Complete Care.
“Customers told us that the current test drive process wasn’t a great experience," said Holden customer experience director, Peter Jamieson. "Customers are busy and don’t have the time to take an hour out of their day and don’t like the perceived pressure of having a salesperson next to them.
"Customers can now take one of our vehicles, when it suits them and test drive the vehicle of choice in their environment for up to 24-hours."
The new Take Your Time Test Drive offer follows a campaign that saw Holden meet potential buyers at their own preferred location for a test drive of the new Spark hatch, along with the innovative lifetime capped-price service program launched in February last year.
