Maserati Ghibli and Quattroporte recalled for wheel alignment fix

Maserati has issued a recall for 776 vehicles from its Ghibli and Quattroporte sedan lines over concerns loose screws could throw out the car’s wheel alignment.

The Italian car maker reports that the screws of the rear toe-in adjustment rods may loosen, which could lose the correct wheel alignment.

Maserati says that, in the worst case scenario, the defect could lead to loss of control, posing an accident hazard to the driver and other road users.

Affected vehicles have had their VIN numbers identified, which can be viewed in the list here.

Owners of the affected Ghiblis and Quattroportes are urged to contact their local Maserati dealer.

For more information, customers can contact Maserati on 1800 196 941.
