Bentley Continental GT, GTC Series 51 ready for Frankfurt

Bentley will be launching ‘Series 51’ versions of its Continental GT and GTC at this week’s Frankfurt Motor Show.

The Series 51 cars are  based on standard Continental models but will feature exterior and interior design tweaks aimed at adding more exclusivity and individuality to the already highly distinguished marque.

Named after the first year Bentley officially established a styling department, 1951, the Series 51 cars will pay homage to Bentley’s of the era and offer customers "a highly-distinctive interior colour palette and unique exterior design cues".

Series 51 Continentals will feature a new three-tone interior, complete with contrasting stitching and piping while the Series 51 Continental GTC set to appear at Frankfurt will feature Imperial Blue as a main and secondary hide, Linen seat and door inserts and Newmarket Tan as the accent color.

Other interior enhancements will include a range of premium materials for the dashboard and center console, as well as colour-coded floor and boot rugs.

On the outside Series 51 cars will feature 20-inch 14-spoke polished Diamond wheels with a dark center cap and unique ‘51’ badging.

Customers can also opt for a two-tone paint job to compliment the car’s interior colors.
