Dodge Challenger GT AWD concept revealed at SEMA

Among an avalanche of Mopar concepts, the Dodge Challenger GT AWD concept is one of the company's headline acts at the 2015 SEMA show in Las Vegas.

Under the bonnet there's a 5.7-litre Hemi V8 fitted with Scat Pack 3 performance kit. The upgrades, which include CNC-ported cylinder headers, hi-flow manifolds and catalysts, and new gaskets, raises output from 280kW/556Nm to 340kW/616Nm.

Drive is sent to terra firma via an eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive setup. Neither Mopar nor Dodge has provided performance figures for the GT AWD concept.

The Challenger GT AWD concept rides on lowered suspension and 20-inch alloy wheels all around, which are housed under flared front and rear fenders.

Other distinguishing features on the exterior include a two-tone black and silver colour scheme with orange highlights, a Mopar graphics package, quad exhaust tips, Mopar badging, and a body kit that incorporates a new front splitter and rear spoiler.

On the inside, the concept car features a flat-bottomed steering wheel, new Challenger-branded side sills, and Katzkin leather for the side panels, seats and centre console.
