Previously only available as part of the optional Tech Pack in the sporty Octavia RS, a reverse-view camera is now standard on all Octavia Ambition Plus, Elegance and RS variants.

A camera is also available in the entry-level Skoda Octavia Ambition when ordered with the $1600 Travel Pack, which also adds rear parking sensors, cruise control, larger 17-inch alloy wheels, four extra speakers and a front centre armrest.

The price of the Ambition is unchanged, retaining its $21,690 starting point, while the Ambition Plus and RS variants rise $300 (from $24,790 and $36,790 respectively) and the Elegance grade now costs $450 more than before (from $32,640).

Also available on Octavia Elegance and RS variants is a new Comfort Pack, which adds electrically adjustable front seats with driver’s side memory, auto folding and dimming mirrors with memory function, heated front and rear seats, and, exclusively for RS, red-stitched leather upholstery. The package costs $1300 for the Elegance and $1900 for the RS.
