2015 Honda CR-V facelift unveiled
The facelifted 2015 Honda CR-V has been revealed in a single image posted online.
The new-look Honda SUV has been spied previously by CarAdvice's photographers, but the above image - posted by US site Motor Trend - gives plenty away regarding the updated model's styling.
The most obvious changes for the CR-V include a new chrome line that dips under the grille and connects the headlights, while it appears that LED daytime running lights rim the edges of the headlight clusters. A new front bumper with chrome highlights and a more rugged looking underbody bash-plate also give the CR-V a bit more chunkiness.
It's unclear at this stage if the rear will see any differences - though earlier images of camouflaged prototypes suggested minor changes to the rear lights and bumper bar - but buyers can expect new alloy wheel designs that further accentuate the difference between the current version (pictured below) and the 2015 model.
It's not known whether the updated CR-V will adopt any engine changes over the current model, which is sold with a 2.0-litre four-cylinder for entry-level variants, and a 2.4-litre petrol unit or 2.2-litre turbo diesel for those models with all-wheel drive.
The updated Honda CR-V is set to arrive in Australian showrooms in December.
