Alfa Romeo Mito QV : Fresh look, new infotainment tech for Italian pocket rocket
The updated Alfa Romeo Mito QV has arrived in Australia from $30,500 with fresh exterior styling and a revised interior with new technology features.
The MY15 Mito Quadrifoglio Verde’s headlight surrounds, grille, mirror caps and door handles are finished in burnished grey, while its sports body kit incorporates a rear spoiler, diffuser panel and twin chrome exhaust outlets.
Multi-spoke 18-inch alloy wheels, red Brembo brake calipers and cloverleaf badges on the front wings complete the pocket rocket’s styling enhancements.
The Mito QV’s cabin gains a new UConnect multimedia system with a 5.0-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth phone connectivity with audio streaming, text message reader, voice control, and USB and AUX inputs.
The interior also gains black leather with white stitching across the new flat-bottom steering wheel, gear lever and handbrake, white and green seat upholstery stitching, a carbonfibre-look dashboard panel, aluminium kick plates and unique floor mats.
The 2015 Alfa Romeo Mito QV is mechanically unchanged, retaining its turbocharged 125kW/250Nm 1.4-litre four-cylinder petrol engine, 7.5-second 0-100km/h sprint claim and 6.0 litres per 100km combined cycle fuel consumption rating.
The Mito QV’s $30,500 price tag represents a $500 increase over the model it replaces.
