Jaguar C-X17 SUV Concept: more images leaked

Fresh images of the Jaguar C-X17 crossover concept have been leaked online ahead of the vehicle’s official debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.

The new images have surfaced just days after the first clean photograph of the game changing crossover.

While Jaguar continues to remain tight-lipped on the details of its first ever off-roader, the latest images of the C-X17 show a full-size panoramic glass roof and rear-end styling that appears to be inspired by the recently released F-Type.

The front fascia also shows some similarity to the Jaguar XF, but with bigger and more upright dimensions for a more SUV-like feel.

The interior is clearly still in concept form, but boasts a decidedly minimalist style with what looks to be touch-sensitive dials for heating and ventilation, along with Jaguar’s trademark rotary drive select dial.

The production version of the Jaguar C-X17 Crossover will be built on the company’s all-new Premium Lightweight Architecture (PLA) on which the upcoming XS medium sedan will also be built.

CarAdvice will be attending this week’s Frankfurt Motor Show and will reveal further details and images of the C-X17 along with raft of other new concepts and models.
