Ferrari FF joins Lamborghini on Dubai Police supercar fleet

A $625,000 Ferrari FF has joined the ranks of the Dubai Police force, one week after a Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 was added to the patrol fleet of the United Arab Emirates-based law enforcement department.

A 475kW/683Nm 6.3-litre V12-powered all-wheel-drive grand tourer, the Ferrari FF can accelerate from 0-100km/h in 3.7 seconds and reach a top speed of 335km/h, making it the fastest four-seat production car built by the prancing horse brand.

Confirmed earlier in the week via Dubai Police’s Twitter account, commander-in-chief Lt General Dhahi Khalfan Al Tamim built excitement about the FF’s arrival saying, “Soon Ferrari will join Dubai Police fleet”.

The Italian stallion will accompany the 515kW/690Nm Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4, worth $761,500, and a Chevrolet Camaro in an upgraded police vehicle fleet reportedly designed to “enhance its [Dubai Police's] patrolling abilities” and help “facilitate policing on highways”.
