Land Rover Defender from Skyfall on display at Harrods

The Land Rover Defender 110 Double Cab ute is the same vehicle driven by field agent Eve (played by Naomie Harris) in the opening scene of the latest Bond film, complete with bashes and bullet holes.

The Jaguar Land Rover group will feature strongly in Skyfall with the all-new 2013 Range Rover and Jaguar XJ making an on-screen appearance in the latest Bond flick.

Co-producer Andrew Noakes has worked on no fewer than 11 Bond films and saw the association with the Jaguar Land Rover group as natural. “Bond is quintessentially British and Jaguar and Land Rover are two of the most established and globally recognised British brands, so it was a natural step for us to involve them in the film.”

James Bond (played by Daniel Craig) will also drive an Aston Martin, but it won’t be the new Aston Martin Vanquish, but rather, a classic DB5 this time round.
