Hyundai Genesis Coupe: 295kW Korean headed for SEMA
An ultra-high performance version of the Hyundai Genesis Coupe with 295kW and 460Nm of torque will be revealed at next month's SEMA show in Las Vegas.
The "ultra-high performance track edition" is based on the updated Hyundai Genesis Coupe R-Spec with its brand new 3.8-litre V6 engine, which has been tuned by ARK Performance, Hyundai's regular SEMA partner.
Apart from the more extreme bodywork, ARK Performance has added a host of hardware including its own oil cooler, air intake and crankshaft, and a bespoke ECU map.
The race-inspired carbonfibre body kit features a ground-hugging front splitter, huge rear wing and a vented bonnet.
The Hyundai Genesis Coupe also gets improved stopping power with the addition of a six-piston brake kit and ARK carbon brake pads and steel brake lines.
The SEMA show runs from October 30 to November 2.
