Honda CR-Z update teased ahead of Paris debut
Several images of the updated Honda CR-Z have been revealed in a teaser video ahead of the car's unveiling at this month's Paris motor show.
The video from the Japanese manufacturer shows flashes of updated styling tweaks soon to be seen in full when the new Honda CR-Z hybrid - a car that can trace its roots back to the Honda CR-X from the '80s - is revealed in Paris on September 27.
The footage highlights a new headlight design featuring LED daytime running lights, a new wheel design and, most interestingly, a ‘Sport +’ button - seen on the car for the first time.
The existing CR-Z's 91kW/174Nm electrically supported 1.5-litre four-cylinder carried a ‘Sport’ mode but this new ‘Sport +’ button could hint at a more enthusiastic option for keen, but still green-conscious, drivers.
